The change on the form of our government should come AFTER we have installed that indestructible and indissoluble SENSE OF NATIONAL UNITY GROUNDED UPON OUR RENEWED SENSE OF COUNTRY AND PATRIOTISM. Changing the form before that shall be no different from “:putting the cart before the horse” because any form or system of government is dependent upon the CHARACTER set up of the People running that system. Call it MIND SET CHANGE or CHARACTER CHANGE first before change in the form of government.
